The Service may evolve over time. BPDQuizly may add features, modify features, improve the Service, remove features, update content, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

5. Accounts

If account functionality is available or required for certain features, you may be responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account, keeping login credentials confidential, preventing unauthorized access, and notifying BPDQuizly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You should not allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms or compromises the Service.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan may provide access to selected features of the Service, such as core BPD quiz access, basic functionality, and available educational content. Free features may change over time as the Service is improved, maintained, or updated.

BPDQuizly does not promise unlimited access to Free features unless that access is specifically offered through the Service.

7. Pro Plan

The Pro plan may provide enhanced functionality, such as detailed result breakdowns, expanded insights, quiz history, result comparison, saved resources, or additional Pro functionality where offered.

Pro features provide enhanced product functionality and educational features. They do not turn the BPD quiz into a medical diagnosis or clinical assessment.

8. Custom Plan

The Custom plan may be appropriate for users or organizations with specialized requirements, such as feature configuration, specialized setup, branding, access requirements, or tailored functionality.

Specific Custom plan features, availability, pricing, and obligations depend on the agreement reached with BPDQuizly. No specific customization is guaranteed unless confirmed through the relevant agreement or written arrangement.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Some BPDQuizly features may require payment. Prices and available paid options are presented through the relevant pricing, checkout, or account experience. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information where billing information is required.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and checkout requirements. BPDQuizly does not control every aspect of third-party payment processing.

These Terms do not create a specific refund period, cancellation deadline, currency, billing interval, or automatic renewal rule. If automatic recurring billing is implemented, the final version of these Terms and the checkout experience should clearly state the applicable billing terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

BPDQuizly may add features, modify features, change pricing, update content, remove features, or temporarily suspend certain functionality when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee advance notice for every operational, security, maintenance, pricing, or content change.
